Safety Light Curtains are opto-electronic presence sensing safety devices that detect the presence of an object in the light curtains sensing field. Most commonly used in machine guarding applications to detect the presence of a persons finger, hand, limb or whole body.
Our SafeZone Safety Laser Scanners are compact devices that have switchable, configurable field sets (warning and safety). The Safety Configuration and Diagnostic (SCD) Windows-based software, supplied with each scanner, simplifies the programming of the SafeZone Safety Laser Scanners. A configuration wizard is available to guide the programmer through simple or complex system configurations.
The Guardmaster 440C-CR30 Software Configurable Safety Relay is flexible, cost-effective, and easy to use. This relay is ideal for applications requiring as many as ten dual-channel safety circuits and controlling as many as five output zones.
Our Safety Switches are designed and built to global standards for high reliability, stability, and quality. Safety switches include limit and interlock switches and emergency stop switches.
Our Guardmaster Safety Relays can monitor a broad range of safety devices in a variety of applications. These single-function relays can achieve most of the functions safety systems require, to help simplify purchasing and parts management.
These relays are designed to meet new functional safety standards, such as ISO 13849-1 or IEC 62061, and they offer key functions to simplify installation and system complexity.
